We helped celebrate a lovely person's milestone birthday with an intimate lunch. After speaking with X about the brief, it brought up my aspirations as to what I want to be when I'm older - Still pursuing a career or mission, being surrounded by friends, and keeping vibrant in life. Just like X.

 

This event was at the start of January. We let go off the Christmas roasts, the summer BBQ for something different. We opted for a modern Asian fusion, making further tweaks to make it fresh and light, yet filling and delicious. I love the feeling where you can eat as big as a 5-course meal, yet feel buoyant after.. Buoyant enough to go on midnight walks by the beach, as I have done!
