Founder's Story

At a crossroads in life, I flew to Italy. I volunteered in organic farms, taught yoga, and helped in the kitchen of a countryside retreat. It was a far destination from life in finance.

Every morning we'd bake bread and brew coffee from the moka-pot. We’d harvest from the garden, chop and begin simmering lunch. We set the table, poured wine, and ate together.

Regardless of work and pressures, we celebrated each day by creating with nature and bringing people together. Through good food we were connected, nourished, and simply happy.
