Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy takes into consideration the time and resources already given up by the chef. The refundable amount from the booking total depends on the notice given ahead of the event date:

Over 30 days notice Full refund

Over 3 weeks notice 75% refund

Over 2 weeks notice 50% refund

Over 1 week notice 25% refund

 

No amount is refundable for any cancellation made less than 1 week prior the event. 

If there are any guest cancellations, the cancellation policy applies on a per head basis.
